Representatives of United Bank for Africa (UBA) have paid a courtesy call on the Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Gold Board, Sammy Gyamfi, as part of efforts to strengthen institutional relations and explore areas of mutual interest.

The meeting provided an opportunity for both parties to discuss issues relating to the gold sector, financial collaboration, and broader economic development initiatives.

Officials from UBA expressed their commitment to supporting strategic partnerships that contribute to growth within Ghana’s mining and financial sectors.

The engagement also highlighted the importance of collaboration between financial institutions and state agencies in promoting investment, transparency, and sustainable development within the country’s gold industry.

 

The Ghana Gold Board welcomed the visit and reaffirmed its readiness to work with key stakeholders to advance the sector and enhance value creation for the national economy.
