Singer and member of Hiplife group Prayer, Choirmaster, has announced the death of his wife and actress Beverly Afaglo.

The musician shared the news in an emotional post on Instagram, expressing grief over the loss of his wife just days before her birthday.

“My heart is shattered beyond words over the death of my beloved wife Beverly Afaglo,” he wrote.

Choirmaster, also known as Praye Honeho, said it would have been four more days to her birthday, adding that he believed “the Lord wanted to celebrate with you so he called you.”

Describing Beverly as his strength and happiness, the musician said she made his life feel complete and that every moment spent with her was a blessing he would cherish forever.

“You were my strength, my happiness, and the reason my life felt complete,” he stated.

He also said he could still hear her voice cheering him on and promised to continue with the plans and projects they had started together.

“Until my last breath, you will remain in my heart forever,” he added.

The musician ended the tribute by describing the moment as “a dark day” and paid tribute to his late wife, calling her a legend.

The cause of death has not been made public.
