Attorney-General withdraws charge against third accused in Kwabena Adu-Boahene case

The Attorney-General has withdrawn all charges against Mildred Donkor, the third accused person in the ongoing criminal case involving Advantage Solutions Limited and three others.
A notice filed at the High Court (General Jurisdiction Division) in Accra, with Suit Number CR/0418/2025, stated that the withdrawal was made in accordance with Section 59 of the Criminal and Other Offences (Procedure) Act, 1960 (Act 30).
The case, titled The Republic versus Kwabena Adu-Boahene, Angela Adjei Boateng, Mildred Donkor, and Advantage Solutions Limited, has been before the court since earlier this year.
According to the notice, signed and dated October 15, 2025, at the Office of the Attorney-General, The Law House, Liberia Road, Accra, the Honourable Attorney-General exercised the statutory power to discontinue prosecution against Mildred Donkor in respect of all charges brought against her.
The withdrawal effectively discharges the third accused person from the ongoing criminal proceedings, while the prosecution against the remaining accused persons continues.
