The High Court has confirmed an order obtained by the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) freezing the assets of Dennis Miracles Aboagye as part of ongoing investigations.

The court's decision upholds EOCO's application to preserve the assets while investigations continue, preventing any transfer, disposal or interference with the properties covered by the order.

Although details of the investigations have not been officially disclosed, the confirmation of the freezing order allows EOCO to maintain control over the identified assets pending the outcome of its inquiries.

The development marks a significant step in the anti-corruption agency's efforts to preserve assets that may be relevant to its investigations and ensure they remain available should further legal action become necessary.

Neither Mr. Aboagye or his legal representatives had publicly commented on the court's decision at the time of filing this report.
