National Girls’ Speech and Debate championship reaches quarterfinal stage
The Quarterfinal Stage of the National Girls’ Speech and Debate Championship (NGSDC) has successfully concluded, bringing together some of the country’s brightest young female students to compete in thought-provoking debates and public speaking contests.
The competition featured participants who advanced from the preliminary stages and provided a platform for young women to challenge ideas, express diverse perspectives, and showcase their communication and critical thinking skills.
As sponsors of the championship, Margins ID Group reaffirmed its commitment to supporting initiatives that promote leadership, confidence, and self-expression among young women.
Speaking during the event, Akua Tweneboa Asare, Group Head for Client Engagement and Government Relations at Margins ID Group, encouraged participants to remain confident and bold in expressing their views.
She urged the contestants to articulate their ideas clearly, defend their arguments effectively, and recognise the importance of their voices in shaping society and influencing change.
The company also congratulated all schools that advanced to the semi-final stage of the competition, commending the students for their dedication, preparation, and determination throughout the contest.
