DVLA Chief Executive ranks second in FAKS 2025 Top 10 SOE CEOs Performance list
The Chief Executive Officer of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA), Mr. Julius Neequaye Kotey, has been ranked second among the Top 10 Chief Executive Officers of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in the FAKS 2025 Performance Ranking.
The recognition highlights Mr. Kotey’s leadership and the significant strides made by the DVLA in improving service delivery, operational efficiency and road safety administration under his tenure.
The FAKS Performance Ranking evaluates the performance of heads of State-Owned institutions based on key indicators, including leadership effectiveness, institutional reforms and impact on public service delivery.
Officials of the DVLA described the ranking as a testament to the Authority’s commitment to excellence and its mission of ensuring safety and efficiency in vehicle and driver licensing across the country.
The DVLA reaffirmed its dedication to continuous improvement in service delivery, emphasising its mandate of promoting road safety under the guiding principle: “Your Safety, Our Concern.”
