The PK Amoabeng Leadership Foundation has opened applications for the fourth cohort of its flagship Scholars Programme.

The intiative spans one year, and is aimed at developing ethical, disciplined and resilient young leaders for Ghana and Africa.

Founded by Captain (RTD) Prince Kofi Amoabeng, the programme is open to applicants aged 18 to 40 and combines leadership training, mentorship, military training, job shadowing and cultural immersion.

Applications are open until September 15, 2026.

PK AMOABENG LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION OPENS APPLICATIONS FOR COHORT 4 OF THE PK AMOABENG SCHOLARS PROGRAMME

The PK Amoabeng Leadership Foundation has officially opened applications for Cohort 4 of its flagship Scholars Programme, a rigorous one-year leadership initiative designed to develop ethical, disciplined and resilient young leaders for Ghana and Africa.

Founded by Captain (Rtd.) Prince Kofi Amoabeng, the Foundation seeks to address what he describes as a critical leadership deficit threatening the continent’s potential.

The programme identifies and develops high-potential individuals aged 18 to 40, equipping them with the integrity and resilience needed to transform Ghana’s narrative.

Programme

Selected scholars undergo an intensive curriculum that moves beyond theory. Key components include:

- Military training

- Leadership boot camps

- One-on-one mentorship

- Job shadowing

- Cultural immersion

- Leadership seminars

The PK Amoabeng Leadership Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to shaping ethical, entrepreneurial and patriotic leaders.

Through its intensive year-long programme, the Foundation aims to revolutionise the mindset of African leaders and transform the continent’s future.
