37 Military Hospital to temporarily close emergency unit for fumigation

The 37 Military Hospital has announced a temporary closure of its Medical Emergency Unit to allow for a scheduled fumigation exercise.
In a public service announcement issued by the Department of Public Relations at the General Headquarters, Burma Camp, the hospital stated that the Medical Emergency Unit will be closed from Wednesday, June 4 to Saturday, June 14, 2025.
The hospital is urging members of the public to seek emergency medical care at alternative health facilities during this period.
However, arrangements have been made to cater for entitled persons through the Trauma Surgical Emergency Unit while the fumigation is underway.
The statement, signed by Lieutenant R.I. R.K. Kotoku, expressed regret for any inconvenience the temporary closure may cause and thanked the public for their understanding.
