Stonebwoy represents Ghana with pride despite Black Stars’ AFCON miss – Dr. Louisa
Despite the Black Stars’ failure to qualify for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), Ghana continues to be proudly represented on the global stage through award-winning musician Stonebwoy.
Speaking ahead of the BHIM Festival, Dr. Louisa Satekla has highlighted Stonebwoy’s remarkable year, noting his extensive international travels and consistent representation of Ghana abroad.
According to her, the dancehall artiste has continuously projected the country’s image with pride, dignity, and excellence on various global platforms.
Dr. Louisa emphasised that Stonebwoy’s influence goes beyond music, as he continues to use his brand to create lasting impact in different sectors.
One of the major highlights of the year is the launch of the Livingstone Education Fund, an initiative aimed at supporting brilliant but financially challenged students.
She explained that while pursuing his academic journey at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), where he recently graduated with a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy, Stonebwoy was known for supporting others.
Motivated by his desire to give back and leave a lasting legacy at the institution, he decided to establish the fund to assist deserving students.
“The Livingstone Education Fund is focused on empowering students who are academically gifted but face financial difficulties, creating opportunities for them to succeed,” Dr. Louisa stated.
Through his educational initiatives, international representation, and personal brand growth, Stonebwoy has achieved significant milestones both personally and professionally.
Dr. Louisa noted that these accomplishments reflect his commitment to making meaningful contributions to society while elevating Ghana’s image globally.
As anticipation builds for the BHIM Festival, Stonebwoy’s journey continues to serve as a powerful example of leadership, impact, and national pride beyond the football pitch.
