MP donates GHS 3.6 million worth of items to Amenfi Central constituents

In a bid to support the development and well-being of her constituents, Joana Gyan Cudjoe, the Member of Parliament for Amenfi Central, has donated items worth GHS 3.6 million.
The donation, made on May 14, 2025, is a testament to the MP's commitment to improving the lives of the people she serves.
The donated items include 500 boxes of street lights, which will significantly enhance the town's infrastructure and safety. Additionally, 500 boxes of cutlasses were donated to support local farmers, boosting agricultural productivity and food security in the area.
Madam Gyan Cudjoe also prioritised sports development in the constituency, donating 5 boxes of trophies, 20 sacks of jerseys, and 8 boxes of footballs.
These items are expected to benefit local sports teams, schools, and communities, promoting a culture of healthy competition and teamwork.
Furthermore, the MP donated 500 sewing machines to empower tailors and dressmakers in the constituency.
This gesture is expected to enable them to improve their skills, expand their businesses, and contribute to the local economy.
In support of the beauty industry, Gyan Cudjoe also donated 500 pieces of hair dryers and 400 pieces of stands to local hairdressers and their apprentices.
This donation aims to enhance their skills and productivity, ultimately contributing to the growth and development of the sector.
