GA/R: Oyansana Assemblyman calls for more support for deprived schools

The Assemblyman for the Oyansana Electoral Area in the Greater Accra Region, Abubakari Mohammed, has called for increased support for underprivileged schools to bridge the educational gap and ensure equal learning opportunities for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
He made this appeal during a Quiz and Debate competition organized for schools in the Oyansana Electoral Area, including Oduntia Presbyterian Basic School, Akwatsiri M/A Basic School, and Kojo Ashong Methodist Basic School in the Ga West Municipality.
Abubakari Mohammed stressed the importance of investing in deprived schools, stating that such support would boost morale among students and teachers while reinforcing the value of education in the community.
On behalf of the teachers, Samuel Amoah, Head of the Primary Department and a Basic 6 teacher, expressed gratitude to the Assemblyman for his continuous efforts in improving education within the electoral area
