E/R: Vigil held in honour of late Ernest Yaw Kumi

A solemn vigil was held by the New Patriotic Party(NPP) yesterday in memory of the late Hon. Ernest Yaw Kumi, drawing together family, friends, political party members, and well-wishers to pay their final respects and celebrate his life.
The event, marked by prayers, hymns, and tributes, highlighted the significant role Hon. Kumi played in the Akwatia constituency in the Eastern Region and the many lives he touched during his service.
Speakers at the vigil described him as a dedicated leader whose commitment to community development left a lasting impact.
Family members expressed gratitude for the outpouring of support, sympathy, and solidarity shown since his passing.
They noted that the strong turnout at the vigil was a reflection of the love and respect the late legislator commanded.
