Fighting tech is like refusing to grow – Kobby Spiky Nkrumah

"I think people shouldn't fight tech," Kobby Spiky Nkrumah has urged.
The star technology enthusiast spoke to the Prince Benjamin (PB) on What's Trending: Accra on the Voice of America (VOA).
"Technology has really helped us advance as humans," he noted. "It's because of technology that we're able to see what we look like from space; our lives are easy; we're able to commute from one point to the other; and we're able to communicate as we're doing now."
"And I think that people should just embrace technology, invest in implementing technology in their lives – especially young people," the media personality encouraged.
Spiky desired to speak on artificial intelligence (AI), in addition, "but that's a very sensitive topic," and so he refrained.
"But, yeah, a lot of these things have come to stay," he emphasised, cautioning, also, "If we fight it, it's like refusing to grow.
"Regardless of what you do, the technological evolution is going to happen and we need to embrace that evolution."
Spiky, privately called Kwabena Ofei-Kwadey Nkrumah, stressed the need for individuals and organisations to "leverage technology, take advantage of its perks, and, yeah, let's see where it takes us a few years from now".
In conclusion, the ctrl.IT CEO assured technology, and specifically AI, "will not replace you," warning, however, "you will be replaced by the one who uses it".
