As MoFA office gets painted, Agric Minister to address nation on tomato issue today
Speaking to the media, the minister said the address would follow ongoing painting works at the Ministry of Food and Agriculture.
"Today is the day for the painting of the office. We will properly address the nation on the tomato issue," Mr Opoku said.
"And so, let us not miss the two today."
He appealed to members of the media to exercise patience ahead of the announcement.
"I will entreat you, our brothers in the media, to have patience. Very soon, I will come out strongly and then address the nation on the tomato issue," he added.
The minister did not provide details of the issues he intends to address but indicated that the government would present its position later in the day.
