Daddy Lumba's family seeks letters of administration for late musician's estate
The family of the late Ghanaian musician, Charles Kwadwo Fosuh, popularly known as Daddy Lumba, has filed an application at the High Court in Kumasi seeking letters of administration for his estate.
According to a court document obtained, the application was filed on December 22, 2025, by three family members: Akosua Serwaah Fosuh, Charlyn Fosuh, and Ernestina Fosuh (also known as Akosua Brempongmaa).
The applicants, represented by lawyer William Kusi of "DOMINION" CHAMBERS, Adum/Kumasi/Ashanti, are praying the court to grant them letters of administration to enable them manage Daddy Lumba's estate.
The court document states that Daddy Lumba died on July 26, 2025, at the Bank Hospital in Cantonment, Accra, and that his fixed abode was at House Number (Digital Address) GA - 332 - 9264, East Legon, Ayawaso West Municipality Assembly, East Legon, Accra.
