Court adjourns Abronye DC bail hearing proceeding
The defense team had moved the application seeking bail for Abronye DC, who remains in custody as investigations by the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) continue.
During proceedings, the prosecution did not object to the bail request outright but appealed to the court for a short adjournment to enable them to properly acquaint themselves with the details of the application before responding comprehensively.
The court subsequently granted the request and adjourned the matter to allow the prosecution time to review the motion.
Abronye DC is currently facing legal proceedings linked to ongoing investigations, a development that has attracted significant political attention in recent days.
