Centralised services e-recruitment portal opens for 2025/26 security services intake
The Centralised Services E-Recruitment Portal (C-SERP) under the Ministry of Interior has officially opened applications for the 2025/26 recruitment cycle into Ghana’s internal security agencies.
The portal will be active from 12:00 noon on Monday, November 17, 2025, and will close on Friday, December 19, 2025.
According to an announcement from the C-SERP Secretariat, prospective applicants can access the portal via https://cserpgh.com to begin the application process.
To apply, candidates must first purchase an application voucher. Vouchers are available through two channels:
USSD code 71303# on all mobile networks
Any GCB Bank branch nationwide
Applicants are required to indicate the specific security agency for which they are purchasing a voucher.
The 2025/26 recruitment covers four major internal security institutions:
Ghana Police Service
Ghana Prisons Service
Ghana National Fire Service
Ghana Immigration Service
Applicants Advised to Observe Key Guidelines
The C-SERP Secretariat has urged all applicants to thoroughly read the eligibility requirements before applying.
Officials cautioned that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next stage of the recruitment process.
The statement further warned the public against engaging middlemen, stressing that the recruitment exercise is free, fair, and strictly merit-based.
Individuals promising protocol placements or charging for recruitment slots are fraudsters.
Authorities also cautioned that anyone who submits false information or forged documents risks instant disqualification and may face prosecution.![]()
