Majority Leader Mahama Ayariga engage constituents in Bawku Central
The Majority Leader in Parliament and Member of Parliament for Bawku Central Constituency, Mr. Mahama Ayariga, has reaffirmed the government’s commitment to the development of his constituency following a day-long engagement with residents in Bawku.
Mr. Ayariga spent the day at his residence holding one-on-one interactions with constituents, listening to their concerns, responding to questions, and discussing issues affecting their daily lives.
The engagement provided residents with a direct opportunity to share their views and expectations with their representative.
During the interactions, the Majority Leader assured constituents that the government remains focused on addressing key development challenges in the area.
He highlighted priority interventions, including the improvement of road networks, the strengthening of healthcare services, and the creation of employment opportunities, particularly for the youth.
Mr. Ayariga noted that sustained engagement with the people is essential for effective representation and responsive governance.
He said the concerns raised would inform ongoing and future interventions aimed at improving living conditions in Bawku Central.
The constituency engagement exercise, according to him, reflects his commitment to remaining accessible to the people and working tirelessly to promote peace, development, and inclusive growth in the constituency.
Residents who participated in the interactions expressed appreciation for the opportunity to engage directly with their MP, describing the exercise as a demonstration of leadership and accountability.
