NSA Board Chairman engages TEIN executives at UG Accra City campus
The Board Chairman of the National Service Authority (NSA), Mr. Okai Mintah, on Wednesday, engaged executives of the Tertiary Education Institutions Network (TEIN) at the University of Ghana, Accra City Campus, in a meeting aimed at strengthening student political organisation and leadership on campus.
The interaction, described as energetic and forward-looking, focused on exploring new strategies to enhance the visibility, relevance, and appeal of TEIN within the university community.
Discussions also examined ways to deepen engagement among students and promote active participation in TEIN’s activities on campus.
During the meeting, the TEIN executives presented a plaque to Mr. Mintah in recognition of his support for the organisation at the UG Accra City Campus.
In his remarks, Mr. Mintah reaffirmed his commitment to supporting TEIN’s initiatives and pledged to work closely with the executives to strengthen the organisation’s brand and influence within the university.
He also highlighted the importance of student leadership in national development.
Speaking in his capacity as Chairman of the National Youth Working Committee, Mr. Mintah underscored his dedication to fostering an enabling environment where student leaders can thrive, adding that TEIN remains a vital platform for youth engagement and political participation on tertiary campuses.
