Oti Region hosts National Youth Working Committee engagement in Dambai
The National Youth Working Committee has held a successful engagement with Youth Organisers in the Oti Region, as part of efforts to strengthen grassroots mobilisation and party reorganisation.
The delegation, led by Chairman Okai Mintah, was received in the regional capital, Dambai, by the Regional Minister, John Kwadwo Gyapong, together with all nine Municipal and District Chief Executives (MDCEs).
The meeting brought together youth organisers from across the region, focusing on strategies for effective reorganisation and mobilisation within the party.
Addressing participants, Mr. Mintah emphasised the critical role of youth organisers in driving political engagement, particularly at the grassroots level, noting that mobilising young people remains central to the party’s activities.
He expressed appreciation to the Regional Minister and the MDCEs for their support and hospitality, as well as to the Regional Youth Organiser and his deputies for coordinating the engagement.
The Chairman also commended constituency youth organisers, their deputies, and other youth representatives for their active participation and valuable contributions during the discussions.
The engagement forms part of broader efforts by the Committee to deepen party structures, enhance coordination, and energise the youth base ahead of upcoming political activities.
