President Mahama arrives in Tokyo on Emirates flight EK318

President John Dramani Mahama has arrived in Tokyo, Japan, to begin an official visit aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between Ghana and Japan.
The President touched down at the Narita International Airport aboard Emirates Flight EK 318, where he was received by senior Japanese government officials, Ghana’s Ambassador to Japan, and members of the Ghanaian community.
During his visit, President Mahama is expected to hold high-level discussions with Japanese leaders on areas of mutual cooperation, including trade, investment, energy, infrastructure development, and education.
He will also engage with Japanese businesses and development agencies to explore opportunities for deepening economic ties.
The trip forms part of the government’s broader agenda to attract foreign investment and foster international partnerships in support of Ghana’s development priorities.
