GCB launches ‘PA to PA’ promo for customers to win a fully-paid trip to global football festival
GCB Bank has rolled out an electrifying new promotion that gives customers the rare chance to watch the Black Stars live at next year’s Global Football Festival — all expenses paid.
The “PA to PA” Promo, launched at the bank’s headquarters in Accra, offers customers points for every GHS300 deposit or reactivated dormant account, placing them in monthly draws for exciting rewards.
From top-tier home appliances to travel packages, customers stand a chance of winning big simply by saving.
According to Sina Kamagate, Executive Head of Retail Banking at GCB, the campaign is the bank’s heartfelt way of thanking loyal customers who have kept the institution thriving for the past 72 years
“In Ghana, one thing that unites all of us is soccer.
This is our small way of saying thank you to the customers who bring us deposits—the lifeblood of banking.
Now, they can save and also enjoy special benefits, including a once-in-a-lifetime trip to support the Black Stars,” he said.
The five-month promotion runs from December 2024 to April 2026, with monthly draws selecting the top 10 winners based on accumulated points.
Prizes include TVs, fridges, cooking appliances, and other essentials to bring the global football excitement right into customers’ homes.
GCB, known for its strong sports culture — including a rugby team and multiple City Olympics and Joy News Games championships — says supporting sports is embedded in its identity.
“Our customers love to play, and when they play, they play hard. So we are sponsoring them to enjoy our favourite national passion — football — on the world stage,” Kamagate added.
Chief Finance Officer Socrates Afram urged customers to take advantage of the promotion, calling it a unique opportunity to save and win big.
The PA to PA Promo promises not just rewards but unforgettable experiences — and for a lucky few, the dream of cheering the Black Stars live on global soil.
