POSSU urges investment in Colts football to restore Black Stars' glory
The Progressive Sports Supporters Union (POSSU) is calling on the Ghana Football Association (GFA) and the Sports Ministry to invest more in juvenile football to revive the Black Stars' past glory.
POSSU Secretary, Mr. Prince Boateng, believes focusing on youth development will not only restore the team's former greatness but also create jobs for young Ghanaian athletes.
"Investing in Colts football is a sure way to bring back the love for the Black Stars," he said.
In another development, the Union Chairman, Mr. Francis Klottey, also urged the GFA to ensure transparency with their World Cup budget.
The two made this call when they visited the National Chief Imam to seek prayers and blessings for the Black Stars ahead of the World Cup tournament, a tradition they've maintained over the years.![]()
