Central East police commend officers after drug arrest, urge public to report crime

The Central East Regional Police Command has praised its officers for their role in a recent drug-related arrest, reaffirming its determination to combat narcotics and associated crimes in the region.
In a statement, Head of Public Affairs DSP Victor Kofi Dosoo commended the arresting officers for their professionalism and swift action, warning those involved in the drug trade to desist or face “the full rigours of the law.”
The Command also issued a public appeal, urging residents to report any suspicious drug or criminal activity to the police to help curb the menace.
“We encourage the public to work with us. Your cooperation is vital in ridding our communities of drugs and crime,” DSP Dosoo said.
The police assured the public of their continued vigilance and commitment to ensuring safety and security across the Central East Region.
