NDC Regional Chairman extends annual support to vulnerable groups in Assin Foso

Dr. Richard Kofi Asiedu, Founder of the St. Andrews Group of Schools and Companies and Central Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has reaffirmed his commitment to social responsibility through a humanitarian outreach in Assin Foso, Central Region.

The initiative, part of Dr. Asiedu’s annual philanthropic programme, provided large quantities of rice and chicken, along with cash assistance, to widows, the aged, and persons with disabilities.

The donations aimed to alleviate daily hardships and ensure the inclusion of vulnerable groups in festive celebrations.

Dr. Asiedu emphasised that the outreach reflects his belief in people-centred development and his dedication to grassroots empowerment.

The event follows his recent tour of all 23 constituencies in the Central Region, during which he acknowledged the efforts of NDC executives and offered financial support for their Christmas activities.

Addressing beneficiaries, Dr. Asiedu encouraged continued prayers for the NDC, reiterating the party’s focus on policies designed to improve the welfare of ordinary Ghanaians.

He also pledged to sustain the annual initiative, which has been maintained for over a decade.

Beneficiaries expressed gratitude for Dr. Asiedu’s consistent compassion and long-standing support, highlighting the relief the donations brought to thousands of vulnerable residents across the Assin Foso Municipality.
