PRINPAG confirms Jeorge Wilson Kingson as Executive Secretary

The Private Newspapers and Online News Publishers Association of Ghana (PRINPAG) has officially confirmed Mr. Jeorge Wilson Kingson as its Executive Secretary following a unanimous decision by the Association’s National Executive Committee.
The confirmation took place during PRINPAG’s Second Quarter Executive Committee meeting, held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at the Association’s National Secretariat in Kokomlemle, Accra.
Mr. Kingson's appointment is in line with the Association's constitution and follows his service in an acting capacity since September 2023.
PRINPAG President, Mr. Andrew Edwin Arthur, commended Mr. Kingson's dedication and performance over the past months.
“Ever since Jeorge was placed in an Acting Executive Secretary capacity in September 2023, he has worked hard to bring us progress.
His work is evident, and we believe strongly that he will work even harder to unite and strengthen the Association further,” he said.
In addition to his new role, Mr. Kingson also serves as PRINPAG’s Public Affairs and External Relations Officer, where he has been instrumental in enhancing the Association’s visibility and strengthening stakeholder engagement.
As Executive Secretary, Mr. Kingson will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Association, offering strategic and logistical leadership to advance PRINPAG’s mission of promoting professionalism and growth within Ghana’s media landscape.
PRINPAG extended its congratulations to Mr. Kingson and expressed confidence in his ability to drive the Association forward through innovative leadership and a deep commitment to the development of private media in Ghana
