Resource Mobilisation Foundation supports CMG with bottled water for 2024 election coverage
The Resource Mobilisation Foundation has donated a substantial quantity of bottled water to the Class Media Group*CMG) to support its coverage of the upcoming 2024 general elections.
Kojo Mensah, the leader of the foundation, presented the items on behalf of the group, emphasizing the importance of aiding media organizations in their crucial role of informing the public during the election period.
Speaking during the presentation, Mr Mensah commended Class Media Group for its impactful contributions to national development and its dedication to delivering timely and accurate election coverage.
“We recognize the immense effort that goes into providing comprehensive election coverage, and this is our way of supporting the team at Class Media Group as they carry out this important national assignment,” Mr Mensah stated in an interview with Samuel Payitey of Accra 100.6 FM's News Desk.
The management of Class Media Group expressed gratitude for the thoughtful gesture, noting that the donation would go a long way in ensuring the comfort and productivity of their staff during the demanding election period.
The 2024 general elections, slated for December 7, are expected to be a pivotal event in Ghana’s democratic process, with the media playing a central role in ensuring transparency and accountability.
