C/R: Kennedy Agyepong's supporters in Awutu Senya East allude to gross intimidation

Some members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Awutu Senya East constituency of the Central Region, who supported Kennedy Agyepong's presidential campaign, say they are living in fear due to continuous threats and attacks from fellow party members.
According to the group, they have faced persistent victimization after raising concerns during a visit by the Prof Mike Ocquaye-led committee.
The committee was constituted by the NPP to investigate issues that may have contributed to the party’s significant loss in the recent elections.
Prince Larbie, one of the supporters of Kennedy Agyepong's campaign, recounted being attacked on Monday during a party event.
Speaking to the media, he expressed his concern about the growing hostility towards those who backed Agyepong’s campaign.
The supporters are appealing to the national leadership of the NPP to step in and address the situation, as they believe such threats undermine the party’s efforts to foster unity.
They are also calling on the police to take the matter seriously and ensure their safety.
