Dec. 7 polls: Resist NPP's intimidations and vote for NDC – Afaglo to Ghanaians
Novihoho Afaglo, Chief Executive Officer of Marrer Ghana Limited and Susatgad Boat Building and Fishing Industries, has issued a passionate call to National Democratic Congress (NDC) supporters for that matter Ghanaians, urging them to come together and vote decisively against the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the upcoming general elections.
Addressing NDC members, Mr. Afaglo emphasized the importance of unity and courage, stressing that the party's success depends on supporters’ ability to overcome any intimidation tactics.
He specifically encouraged NDC members to actively participate in the election process, voicing unwavering support for NDC Presidential Candidate, former President John Dramani Mahama.
Recognizing the fear some may feel based on past experiences of electoral intimidation, particularly during incidents like the Ayawaso West Wuogon by-election, Mr. Afaglo urged supporters to remain resilient.
He acknowledged concerns that security personnel had been used in the past to create a tense atmosphere but assured NDC members that their votes carry the power to effect change.
Mr. Afaglo’s message serves as a call for resilience, reminding NDC supporters of the strength in unity and the impact of each vote.
He encouraged them to support each other and stand vigilant on Election Day, emphasizing that the collective action of the electorate is essential in shaping Ghana’s future.
