GOIL PLC holds 57th Annual General Meeting in Accra
GOIL PLC, Ghana’s largest petroleum downstream company, has held its 57th Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Accra, bringing together shareholders, management, board members, and other stakeholders to review the company’s performance and future outlook.
The meeting took place on Thursday at the College of Physicians and Surgeons and provided an opportunity for the company to engage shareholders on its operational achievements, financial performance, and strategic direction.
During the AGM, management outlined key developments within the company and updated shareholders on initiatives aimed at sustaining growth, strengthening market leadership, and enhancing value creation.
Shareholders were also given the opportunity to discuss issues relating to the company’s operations, governance, and long-term business strategy.
As Ghana’s leading player in the downstream petroleum sector, GOIL PLC continues to play a significant role in the distribution and marketing of petroleum products across the country.
The annual meeting forms part of the company’s corporate governance framework, providing a platform for transparency, accountability, and stakeholder engagement while charting the course for future growth and expansion.
