KSK Group of Companies dissolves board of directors
The shareholders of KSK Group of Companies have officially dissolved the Board of Directors, ending its tenure since its inauguration in January 2021.
Speaking on behalf of the shareholders, Group Managing Director, Chief Kanalrideen ibn Farid Bagonluri, expressed gratitude to the outgoing board members for their dedication and service over the years.
He wished them success in their future endeavours as they continued to pursue growth in their respective fields.
KSK Group of Companies operates across multiple sectors through its subsidiaries, including:
KSK Builders Network Limited – Specializing in building construction and civil engineering consultancy. Distinguished Touch Ghana Limited – Providing property and facility management services. AB TradeTech Ghana Limited – Engaged in the supply of goods across various industries. Kama Green Ghana Limited – Focused on plant and animal farm products.The dissolution marks a new phase for the company, as shareholders prepare for the next steps in restructuring and future operations.
