Ghanaian Gospel artiste bags two nominations in USA awards
Canadian-based Ghanaian gospel artist Minister Ike has achieved a significant milestone with two nominations at the 2025 Voices Of Gospel Music Awards (VOGMA), set to take place in Alabama, USA.
The celebrated musician has been recognized in the categories of VOGMA International Male Artiste Of The Year and VOGMA International Artiste Of The Year.
The prestigious VOGMA event celebrates the achievements of independent gospel artists, offering a platform for spiritual entertainment and recognition.
The 10th Annual Awards ceremony will take place on May 30 and 31, 2025, while public voting will be open from January 15 to February 20, 2025.
Minister Ike rose to prominence in 2015 with his award-winning single Onyame Gya, the title track of his second album.
The song earned him over 15 international awards, solidifying his place as a leading figure in the gospel music scene.
His latest release, IKEMMUO (translated from Igbo as "God Of Power"), continues to captivate audiences worldwide with its powerful message.
