Dorcas Affo-Toffey hosts Western Nzema Traditional Council at office
The Deputy Minister for Transport and Member of Parliament for Jomoro, Dorcas Affo-Toffey, has received the Paramount Chief of the Western Nzema Traditional Area, Awulae Kwasi Amakyie III, and members of the Western Nzema Traditional Council during a courtesy visit to her office
The visit provided an opportunity for discussions on the development priorities of the Jomoro Constituency and the broader Western Nzema Traditional Area, with both parties reaffirming their commitment to advancing socio-economic growth and improving the wellbeing of residents.
According to the MP, the engagement highlighted a shared vision for development and offered a platform to assess ongoing progress, discuss existing challenges, and explore strategies for accelerating growth across the area.
Mrs. Affo-Toffey expressed appreciation to the traditional leadership for their continued support, guidance, and encouragement, noting that their counsel remains invaluable in efforts to promote development and effective representation.
She emphasized the importance of collaboration between traditional authorities, government institutions, and local stakeholders in driving sustainable development and addressing the needs of communities.
The Deputy Minister reaffirmed her commitment to working closely with the Western Nzema Traditional Council and other stakeholders to champion initiatives that improve livelihoods, expand economic opportunities, and enhance infrastructure and social services within the constituency.
