MP Agbana donates laptops, computers, generators to Ketu North SHSs ahead of WASSCE, reaffirms commitment to educ

The Member of Parliament for Ketu North, Eric Edem Agbana, has presented ICT equipment and standby generators to Senior High Schools in the constituency to support students preparing for this year’s West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
Through the Municipal Chief Executive, Rev Martin Amenaki, the MP on Tuesday handed over 50 laptop computers to Dzodze-Penyi Senior High School (SHS) to aid ICT practicals.
In addition, 10 laptops sourced from the Ghana Investment Fund for Electronic Communications (GIFEC) were allocated to Weta Senior High School (WESTEC) and Wovenu Senior High Technical School (WOSSET).
As part of the intervention, standby generators were also provided and fueled for all four SHSs in Ketu North to prevent disruption of exams by power outages.
Mr Agbana encouraged candidates to work hard and assured them that outstanding students stood a chance of benefiting from the Edem Agbana Scholarship Scheme for Tertiary Education.
The MP further reaffirmed his commitment to transforming education within the municipality.
