Parliament opens book of condolence for victims of helicopter crash

Parliament, led by Speaker Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, has announced the opening of a book of condolences in honour of the eight Ghanaians who tragically lost their lives in a recent helicopter crash.
The gesture offers a public platform for citizens, government officials, Members of Parliament, and others to express their sympathies and pay tribute to the departed.
The deceased included two esteemed Ministers of State, technocrats, and service personnel whose dedicated service to the nation has left a lasting impact.
The Book of Condolences is available at the foyer of Parliament House from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Members of Parliament, staff, and the general public are encouraged to visit and offer messages of support to the affected families.
Parliament has expressed its solemn solidarity with the nation during this difficult time, praying for comfort and strength for those mourning.
