YEA CEO lauds Savannah Region staff, reaffirms commitment to job creation

The Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA), Malik Basintale, together with the Agency’s management, has met with staff in the Savannah Region as part of efforts to strengthen programme delivery and operational efficiency.

The engagement focused on improving service delivery systems, including validation and payment processes, while also enhancing the overall impact of the Agency’s interventions across the country.

Mr Basintale commended staff for their contribution to the engagement of more than 86,000 beneficiaries nationwide within a year, describing them as central to the Agency’s achievements and continued success.

He urged staff to serve as ambassadors of the Agency by maintaining high levels of professionalism and promoting a positive image of YEA in their respective districts.

The Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Operations), Abubakari Saana Abdul-Kudus, also encouraged staff to remain disciplined and committed in the execution of their duties.

The engagement concluded with a renewed commitment from staff to support the Agency’s mission of creating jobs and improving livelihoods for young people across Ghana.
