Divisional chief warns public against illegal land acquisition in Dansoman
The Divisional Chief of Dansoman, Nii Kojo Danso II, has issued a public warning to prospective buyers and investors amid ongoing chieftaincy and land disputes affecting Dansoman and the Panbros Salt Industries area in Accra.

He emphasised that any land dealings undertaken during the litigation period are at the buyer’s own risk, as the disputes have yet to be fully resolved in the courts.
The notice serves as a preventive measure to protect the public from potential fraudulent land deals and underscores the importance of waiting for the legal resolution before engaging in property transactions in the affected areas.
