The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has announced plans to inaugurate three new hospitals in the North Tongu Constituency as part of the celebration of World Health Day.

The announcement was made in a message to mark World Health Day, where the Minister reaffirmed his commitment to improving healthcare delivery in the area.

According to him, the communities of Volo, Torgorme, and Fodzoku will soon benefit from fully furnished hospital facilities aimed at enhancing access to quality healthcare services.

Mr. Ablakwa commended local contractors and artisans for their continued support in executing development projects within the constituency, noting that their contributions have been instrumental in advancing healthcare infrastructure.

He emphasized that the initiative forms part of broader efforts to ensure equitable development, stressing that no community will be left behind in the provision of essential services.

 

The planned opening of the hospitals is expected to significantly improve healthcare access for residents in the affected communities and surrounding areas.
