Margins ID Group participates in ID4Africa AGM in Abidjan
Margins ID Group has begun participation in the ongoing ID4Africa Annual General Meeting(agm) in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, joining policymakers, industry leaders and stakeholders to discuss the future of digital identity systems across Africa.
The company described the opening day of the four-day event as productive and insightful, with discussions centred on how African countries are transforming identity programmes into permanent and sovereign public institutions.
Key sessions at the conference also focused on the economics of operating national identity systems at scale, as well as emerging cybersecurity threats targeting digital identity infrastructure across the continent.
Ministerial representatives and government officials at the event stressed the growing importance of digital identity as a matter of national policy and governance rather than merely an administrative function.
Margins ID Group also indicated that its exhibition booth attracted significant attention from delegates and stakeholders interested in the company’s digital identity innovations and technological solutions designed for the African market.
According to the company, the engagement and discussions reflected increasing interest in Africa-led digital identity systems capable of supporting secure and inclusive public services across the continent.
The ID4Africa Annual General Meeting continues over the next three days with further discussions expected on identity management, digital transformation, cybersecurity and financial inclusion.
