Black Maidens step up preparations for Liberia clash
The Black Maidens continued preparations for their upcoming match against Liberia women's national under-17 football team with an intensive training session at the Accra Sports Stadium on Wednesday.
The team, led by head coach Joe Nana Adarkwa, focused on tactical and physical drills ahead of the encounter.
Players underwent exercises centred on fitness, ball control, attacking movements, and defensive organisation as the technical team continued preparations for the game.
The coaching staff appeared satisfied with the level of intensity and commitment shown by the players during the session.
The match against Liberia is expected to present another opportunity for the Black Maidens to move closer to qualification for the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup.
