Dreams FC have emerged as Ghana's highest-ranked club in the latest Confederation of African Football (CAF) club rankings ahead of the 2026/27 season.

The club is ranked 32nd on the continent, following its performances in recent CAF inter-club competitions, particularly its run in the CAF Confederation Cup.

Dreams FC are the highest-ranked Ghanaian side on the list, ahead of Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko, who do not feature in the latest rankings.

Medeama SC are the only other Ghanaian club on the list, occupying 54th position.

The rankings reflect recent performances in CAF competitions, with Dreams FC earning enough points from their continental campaign to secure their current standing.

At the top of the rankings, South Africa's Mamelodi Sundowns lead with 73 points, ahead of Egypt's Al Ahly, who are second with 66 points.

Tunisia's Espérance Sportive de Tunis, Morocco's RS Berkane and Algeria's USM Alger complete the top five.

The latest rankings leave Dreams FC and Medeama SC as Ghana's only representatives on CAF's club ranking table ahead of the new season.
