Ace broadcaster and media executive Nana Aba Anamoah has passionately stated she does not have the time of day for entertaining negative assumptions about her.

“I ignore. I do not have time for them. I’m too busy, focused,” she said.

Speaking to Nana Romeo on Accra 100.5 FM’s Ayekoo Ayekoo, she, also, advised her admirers who defend her honour in public disputes about her private and professional life to cease fire knowing she is not perturbed in the slightest about the unfounded opinions spread about her.

“Rumours are started by people who are bored, angry in life; people who have absolutely nothing to do so they have cultivated the habit of fabricating stories. I do not make an effort to respond to any rumour,” Nana Aba stressed.

“Most importantly I do not hear these rumours, for very good reasons. The people around me know very well that I do not give a toss, I do not care.”

According to the GHOne TV executive, “The only time I hear about these rumours is from strangers while I’m in town who tell me they fought for me during a heated argument. The first thing I tell them is, ‘I don’t care so don’t care as well’.”

Thus, she advocated this was “how everyone must live their life – prioritise your sanity.

“People fabricate stories all the time but it should not be the focus of your life.”

Nana Aba Anamoah emphasised to “the people who go out of their way to fight for me, ‘Stop because I don’t care. So you shouldn’t care either.

“We should just think positively all the time – be positive.”
