The session focused on laying a strong foundation for the team through nationwide scouting, structured player development, and preparation for upcoming regional and international competitions later this year.
Simeon-Okraku thanked committee chairman Charles Osei Antoh and his team, urging close collaboration with the National Juvenile Committee and the immediate rollout of extensive talent identification efforts.

Regional Football Coordinator Daasebre Adu Asare highlighted the growth of girls’ football and called for broader scouting within the GFA Elite Academy system, while Technical Director Joseph Kwame Mintah emphasised transparent, merit-based selection aligned with global standards under the FIFA Talent Identification Programme.
National Teams Director and Deputy General Secretary Alex Asante assured the committee of full administrative and operational support.
The management committee is tasked with setting the strategic direction and long-term development of the U-15 Girls team.
