GOIL CEO calls for service excellence at a meeting with dealers
The Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of GOIL PLC, Edward Abambire Bawa, has met with more than 200 dealers and stakeholders from the South, Southeast (Accra) and Tema operational zones as part of efforts to strengthen collaboration and drive growth.
The engagement provided a platform for management to interact directly with dealers, review performance and outline the company’s strategic direction.
Mr. Bawa commended the marketing team and staff for their commitment and hard work, noting that their efforts have been key to restoring GOIL’s position as a leading oil marketing company in the country.
He emphasised that while significant progress has been made, the next phase of growth must focus on achieving total service excellence across all operations.
The CEO urged dealers and stakeholders to remain committed to the brand as it continues to expand and enhance its competitiveness in the sector.
Participants at the meeting expressed appreciation for the leadership and direction provided by the company’s Board and Management, and praised Mr. Bawa for steering the organisation toward greater resilience and sustained growth.
