SIC Insurance hosts Africa Re delegation to strengthen partnership
The Managing Director of SIC Insurance PLC, James Agyeinim-Boateng, has hosted a delegation from Africa Reinsurance Corporation at the company’s head office in Accra to explore ways of strengthening collaboration.
The meeting, held on Tuesday, focused on deepening the partnership between the two institutions to drive mutual growth and development within the insurance sector.
Speaking during the engagement, Mr Agyeinim-Boateng emphasised the need for partnerships to be reciprocal, stressing that institutions that benefit from SIC’s business must also contribute to the development of its workforce.
He called for increased investment in training, capacity building and knowledge sharing as part of efforts to build a stronger and more resilient insurance industry.
“This is how we grow stronger together,” he noted, underscoring the importance of shared responsibility in sustaining long-term partnerships.
The engagement forms part of SIC Insurance’s broader strategy to strengthen strategic alliances and enhance operational capacity through collaboration with key industry players.
