Gospel artist Empress Gifty has subtly raised concerns about the nomination process for the upcoming 2026 Telecel Ghana Music Awards(TNGMA), hinting that there may be more behind the scenes than the public is aware of.
Speaking through a video shared on her social media platform, the singer suggested that while she has strong opinions about the awards scheme, she is choosing to exercise restraint for now.
According to her, openly addressing the matter could easily spark controversy and attract unnecessary backlash online.
She indicated that if given the opportunity in a more controlled setting, she would be willing to share her full perspective on the issue.
However, she admitted that certain details are best left unsaid at the moment to avoid complications.
