Joe Mettle to host 14th edition of Praise Reloaded 2026 at Accra Sports Stadium
Award-winning Ghanaian gospel minister, Joe Mettle, has announced that the 14th edition of his flagship worship event, Praise Reloaded, will take place on June 28, 2026, at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Speaking in an interview on Accra FM's Ghana Yensom programme with host Chief Jerry Forson, Joe Mettle reflected on the journey of Praise Reloaded over the past 14 years and shared the vision behind the annual worship gathering.
According to the gospel minister, Praise Reloaded was established as a platform for God's people to come together in worship while also creating an opportunity for those who have not yet encountered Christ to hear the saving message of the Gospel.
"This is the 14th year since we started Praise Reloaded. The idea behind it is to gather God's people to worship Him and also provide an opportunity for others to hear the saving Word of God, experience a change of heart, and encounter God's touch," he said.
Joe Mettle noted that the event has been hosted at various venues and auditoriums over the years. However, three years ago, he felt led through prayer to move the programme to a larger venue and make it free for all attendees.
"For many years it was a paid event, but through prayer, I was instructed to open it up so that more people could attend. To the glory of God, it has been a good journey over the last three years," he explained.
The "Bo Noo Ni" hitmaker added that each edition of Praise Reloaded continues to grow beyond expectations, and he believes this year's gathering will be even more impactful.
"Every year, God takes it a notch higher. This year, we are believing God for incredible things to happen. In that atmosphere of praise, there will be deliverance and transformation," he stated.
Joe Mettle further encouraged patrons to attend with hearts ready to worship, stressing that admission remains free.
"If you are coming, just come with a heart of praise. No one is going to charge you anything. Just come with an open heart," he urged.
Praise Reloaded has become one of Ghana's most anticipated annual gospel events, attracting thousands of worshippers from across the country and beyond for an evening of praise, worship, prayer, and spiritual renewal.
