Stonebwoy and wife support Nsawam prison inmates
Ghanaian dancehall star Stonebwoy and his wife, Dr Louisa Satekla, have extended a hand of support to inmates at the Nsawam Medium Security Prison through a donation of food supplies and items.
The couple visited the correctional facility with their team, where they not only presented the items but also interacted with inmates, sharing words of encouragement and hope.
Their visit was warmly received by prison officials, who described the gesture as both thoughtful and impactful.
Authorities at the facility revealed that beyond the donation, Stonebwoy expressed a desire to maintain a lasting relationship with the prison.
He reportedly pledged to organise an annual live concert for inmates as part of ongoing efforts to uplift and support them.
A representative of the prison management commended the artiste and his team, highlighting the importance of their presence.
According to the official, taking time out of a demanding schedule to engage directly with inmates showed genuine compassion and concern for their wellbeing.
They also extended their appreciation to Stonebwoy, Dr Louisa, and their team, describing the visit as inspiring and deeply meaningful for those at the facility.
