Interior Minister to address press on cannabis licensing

The Minister for the Interior, Muntaka Mohammed-Mubarak, is scheduled to address a press conference today on cannabis licensing in Ghana.
The briefing is expected to take place at 2:00 p.m. on February 26, 2026, at the Information Services Department.
The engagement is anticipated to provide clarity on the regulatory framework governing cannabis cultivation, processing, and licensing in the country, as well as to outline the government’s policy direction on the matter.
