NHIA CEO pays surprise visit to Kuntanase District office
The Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), Dr Victor Asare Bampoe, has paid a surprise working visit to the Bosomtwe Atwima Kwanwoma District Office at Kuntanase in the Ashanti Region.
The unannounced visit formed part of efforts to assess operations at the district level and interact directly with staff.
During the visit, Dr. Bampoe was received by personnel of the office, including Paul Akwasi Boateng, Benjamin Agyei Peprah, and Isaac Frimpong, among others.
He commended the team for their dedication and hard work in delivering services to the public, noting that their commitment plays a critical role in sustaining the national health insurance scheme.
The NHIA CEO also used the opportunity to express appreciation to staff across the country for their continued efforts in supporting healthcare delivery through the scheme.
He said his visit was to highlight management’s commitment to maintaining close engagement with frontline staff and ensuring efficient service delivery within the NHIA system nationwide.
